I had two leather sofa to get rid of, very heavy! I debated using the council service, this would involve carrying the sofas to the kirbside, impossible for me, friends offered to help but the logistics of arranging times was difficult. After a lot of thought I decided to choose ETS, I was given a good quote and allotted a time slot. On the day I received a ‘phone call from Ricky (ETS), could they collect earlier – yes please! The collection van arrived and two very pleasant men called, they put on plastic overshoes before coming into the house, the sofas were removed within ten minutes with no problems. I had been worrying about doing this but it was very easy. I am delighted with the service proved by ETS and would recommend this company and use them again.

Can’t recommend ETS enough, we needed to make a quick booking on a Sunday and they replied quickly, booked the work in and sorted two rubbish collections (one loft clearance) without us having to be there, and honoured the original quote when it took longer than expected. Great service, would deffo book again 🙂

Clockwork service today in having an awkward armchair removed through a narrow hallway. Not a scratch or bump and gone in five minutes. Nice people and let us know in good time when they’d be there. Thanks lads.

I had 2 armchairs removed today by ETS from a 1st floor flat with a narrow corridor, inner steps and a flight of 12 stairs. A difficult decent, but the team worked quickly and efficiently and got the job done in in great time. They’re very polite and friendly too. I will definitely use them again when I have more items to be removed. Thank you so much for your help today.

I contacted ETS needing a 3 piece suite removed within 2 days. Ricky managed to find a way to collect as soon as possible after scouring a busy work load. After a short while a collection slot was organised and with 4 hours the furniture removed. Great service at a competitive price. Highly recommended.

Exceptional service with a smiley face and a kind heart. Ricky and the team came and cleared my elderly relative’s bungalow with such little fuss. They made minimal noise and were very respectful, working so effectively they finished the jobs hours before I expected them to do and at a very, very reasonable price. From getting a quote to completing the removal, Ricky was so friendly and professional, answering all my questions and graciously fitting around my work schedule. Having used one of the major commercial refuse collection services (and found them to be diabolical), I decided to try a small local service. Wow! What a difference. These guys turn up when they say they will, follow instructions, and bill fairly and correctly. They’re also really friendly to deal with.

They’ve proved to me that big companies aren’t always the best!

Most communication was through WhatsApp which was so helpful. Quick comments which clarified and confirmed details.

Three guys worked super fast and cleared everything. They swept up and left everything really tidy.

Excellent service, we had a wardrobe which was in bits but the 2 heavy large sliding doors with mirrors were still upstairs, got a quote straight away and everything was removed,( how they were that quick getting it down the stairs I will never know) we have 12 concrete steps to get up to the house first, so I think they did very well, definitely recommend them for everything waste wise, really polite too.

Ricky and the team at ETS come highly recommended, really fast, efficient and professional service. Communication was excellent and friendly, they turned up on time, on budget and did an excellent job. What more could you ask.

The whole service was very efficient from the quote to arranging the appointment and then removing the old unwanted items ( cooker, tumble dryer and a couple of armchairs). The men were cheerful and polite. . A great job and will definitely use ETS Waste again.
