Yes! In many cases we can give you a quote online or by phone. With photos and detailed information from you about the waste itself, as well as parking, access and location information, we can in many cases provide a quote online or by phone. In other cases, a rough estimate may be given before a quote is confirmed upon visiting the property. Occasionally, a site visit will be required before any indication on price can be given. This is usually for larger jobs such as full house clearances. Of course, all quotes are provided free of charge and there is no obligation to go ahead with our services upon receiving a quote. You can get a free quote here.
Not at all. If you cannot be present for whatever reason, that is absolutely fine. As long as we can access the waste we can carry out the clearance. Arrangements can be made on a case-by-case basis. Payment can be made online by card or bank transfer.
We are very conscious of our responsibilities as licensed waste carriers and only dispose of waste at licensed waste transfer stations with high recycling rates. All of the waste we collect is either recycled or used as a waste-to-energy resource in electricity production. We are committed to diverting waste from landfill.
We accept payment by cash, card or bank transfer upon completion of the clearance. Accounts can be set-up for regular business customers.
There are a few items we cannot take, such as liquids like paint or oil, or hazardous materials such as asbestos. Please get in touch if you have any further questions.
