ETS Waste support UK Charities

Here at ETS Waste we feel it’s important to support UK charities by both raising awareness of their causes and providing financial backing.

The help provided by UK charities is so important to so many families across the country. The support and peace of mind their work provides is invaluable – and can help people get through the toughest of times.

This is something we experienced first-hand, when our owners daughter was born with a life-threatening breathing condition called CCHS. It kept her in hospital for the first 7 months of her life and is a life-long condition that had a big impact on the first 2 years of her life. You can read more about our story on our About Us page.

Once we had experienced the support that UK charities provide we knew we wanted to pay it back as soon as we were able to do so. Please read on to find out how we are doing just that…

We are very proud to support

Our owner Ricky’s daughter Tiger-Lily has CCHS (Central Congenital Hyperventilation Syndrome). This means she has a tracheostomy and is mechanically ventilated when she sleeps. We pledge to donate 1% of all our profits during the 2021/22 financial year to CCHS UK, a UK-based charity that helps to fund research into Central Congenital Hyperventilation Syndrome.

Chestnut Tree House Charity

We pledge to donate an additional 1% of all profits during the 2021/22 financial year to the Chestnut Tree House Charity. This East Sussex-based charity provides respite for parents of children with disabilities and provides support and respite to our family on a regular basis. It’s a fantastic local charity that we’re very happy to support.
